Structural Elevation & Helical Piles
According to Federal data and environmental research, Hampton and the surrounding seacoast face the most impact from the rising seas. In fact, researchers predict that in the next 15 years over 3,000 Hampton residential homes will fall victim to the rising tide. Structure elevation using helical piles will eliminate this problem. It drastically reduces flood insurance premiums by bringing your home above base flood elevation. Helical piles are segmented and come in as little as 3 foot sections.
